Responsibility
- Provide expert product consultations on premium motorbike accessories, including helmets, gear, and performance parts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Manage cashiering duties, including processing transactions, handling payments, and issuing receipts accurately.
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, restocking products, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of accessories.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute in-store promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and visually appealing to attract and retain customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in retail, preferably in motorbike accessories or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Class 2B motorcycle license (or equivalent) with a strong understanding of motorbike mechanics and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business needs.
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency is a plus.
- Passion for motorcycles and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and new products.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
