Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on electrical and home appliance products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and specifications to enhance customer understanding and confidence in purchases.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail store layout, including product displays and promotional materials.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Collaborate with the store team to manage inventory, restock products, and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
