Responsibility
- Provide expert advice and assistance to customers on mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, promotions, and industry trends.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or mobile devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic technical knowledge of mobile devices and accessories.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
