Responsibility

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing expert guidance on eyewear products, frames, and lens options.
  • Drive sales by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and closing transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales counter and display area to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of different lens types, coatings, and eyewear accessories to support informed purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with the optical team to schedule eye examinations and fittings for customers as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the optical, eyewear, or fashion industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Basic knowledge of eyewear products, lens types, or optical accessories is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize customer needs effectively.
