Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and digital payments
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all equipment is functional
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily sales reports with precision
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to customers
- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and restocking as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for accurate transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
