Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, displays, and cleanliness.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash management duties.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments while ensuring accuracy in delivery documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to improve product offerings.
- Adhere to company policies, including safety protocols and loss prevention measures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or stock management experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move stock items (up to 15 kg).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is desirable.
