Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including stocking and merchandising products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and conducting stock takes.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math and computer skills for handling transactions and inventory systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sports, fashion, or retail industries is highly desirable.
- No prior experience required—training will be provided!
