Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, providing accurate and friendly service.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally and resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or sales is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
