Responsibility
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Drive sales by promoting products, explaining features and benefits, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, organizing merchandise, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a solution-oriented approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and in-store demonstrations to boost brand awareness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or sales certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (experience in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods is advantageous).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn and adapt to new products quickly.
