Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively promote features, benefits, and promotions of sports apparel and accessories.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts, receiving shipments, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and energetic store atmosphere that aligns with brand values.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in sports apparel or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Passion for sports, fitness, or fashion with a desire to stay updated on industry trends.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or retail management are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
