Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Promote brand products effectively through demonstrations, recommendations, and upselling techniques.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or business courses are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive, energetic attitude.
