Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ayala Serinās product lines, features, and benefits to deliver accurate information.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with precision.
- Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized according to brand standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, transfers, and cycle counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional events, visual merchandising, and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Strong product knowledge and passion for the retail industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
