Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable approach.
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable healthcare products to drive sales and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain product knowledge by staying updated on new launches, promotions, and industry trends.
- Process transactions accurately, handle cash/credit payments, and manage inventory stock levels.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (healthcare/wellness industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about healthcare and wellness products.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory management).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or healthcare is a bonus.
