Responsibility
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on furniture products, including materials, styles, and functionality to help customers make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, showcasing how they meet customer requirements.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including payments, receipts, and delivery arrangements.
- Maintain showroom appearance by organizing displays, restocking products, and ensuring a clean, inviting environment.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide current and accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; higher education in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (furniture industry experience is advantageous).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
