Responsibility
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their furniture needs
- Provide expert product knowledge and design advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Demonstrate furniture features, materials, and customization options effectively
- Process sales transactions, including payments, deliveries, and financing options
- Maintain showroom appearance, including product displays and cleanliness standards
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Stay updated on new product arrivals, promotions, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home decor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and close sales
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about furniture materials, styles, and construction
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for interior design and home furnishings
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
