Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored furniture solutions.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, including materials, customization options, and pricing, to help customers make informed decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Assist in store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized showroom.
- Collaborate with the design and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery coordination.
- Conduct product presentations and in-store events to attract and retain customers.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and build long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home decor, or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building client relationships.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Basic knowledge of interior design, furniture materials, or home styling is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems, CRM software, or sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
