Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including stocking, organizing, and presenting products attractively.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to team meetings to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
