Note: Positions are available in multiple Bali locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise and ensuring proper product placement.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals, including inventory management and loss prevention.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and stay aligned with company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints diplomatically.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by store scheduling.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
