Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques and upselling strategies.
- Maintain product knowledge to confidently answer customer inquiries and recommend suitable items.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and keeping the sales floor tidy.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily operational goals, including inventory management and loss prevention.
- Build long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
- Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and new arrivals to effectively communicate value to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven sales or retail experience with a track record of meeting targets (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Outgoing and personable with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
