Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising clients on product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Actively promote the brand through engaging conversations, product demonstrations, and personalized recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges, while adhering to company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by retail schedules.
- Passion for fashion, retail, or brand promotion with a desire to grow in the industry.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
