Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Promote brand products effectively through persuasive communication and product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and assist in stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/card payments with precision.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
