Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Promote brand awareness and drive sales through effective product demonstrations and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems is a plus.
