Responsibility
- Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping journey
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and inventory availability
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Proven ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-first attitude
