Responsibility
- Promote and sell graduation photo packages and related services to customers with a consultative approach.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every client.
- Assist clients in selecting photo packages, poses, and backdrops tailored to their preferences.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the studio’s revenue growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing studio environment.
- Collaborate with the photography team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups professionally and promptly.
- Stay updated on studio promotions, new packages, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for photography, visual arts, or creative industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic sales software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
