Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout in accordance with company standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist in conducting regular stock takes.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a results-driven approach.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
