As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our diverse clientele. With locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you'll have the opportunity to work in some of Bali’s most vibrant and tourist-friendly areas.

Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including stocking, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and displaying new merchandise according to brand guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or Vocational Course (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for fashion, lifestyle products, or retail.
- Willingness to work in any of our Bali locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
