Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout in alignment with brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report low stock or discrepancies to management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours and special events.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or Vocational Course (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
