Responsibility

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in assigned Modern Trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets) and General Trade (traditional markets, small retailers) channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize product placement and promotions.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards, stock availability, and promotional execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store activations, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories to expand market share.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries or issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, trade marketing, or key account management, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Modern Trade and General Trade channels in Indonesia is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali to cover assigned territories.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
