Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising clients on sunglass selections based on style, fit, and UV protection needs.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and promotional strategies.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Sunglass Hut’s product portfolio, including brands, features, and pricing, to provide accurate recommendations.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, handle cash/credit payments, and manage inventory stock levels.
- Ensure the store is visually merchandised to brand standards, with products displayed attractively and accessibly.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily operational goals, including opening/closing procedures, stock replenishment, and cleanliness.
- Stay updated on trends in eyewear fashion and share insights with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, accessories, or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about high-end sunglasses, lens technologies, and brand histories.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons.
- Passion for fashion and customer service with a proactive, outgoing personality.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory management) and numerical accuracy for transactions.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance aligned with Sunglass Hut’s brand image.
