Responsibility
- Lead and supervise floor staff to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure product displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Schedule and assign tasks to team members, optimizing staffing levels to meet peak and off-peak demand.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews to enhance team productivity and service quality.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail best practices.
- Collaborate with the store management team to analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-traffic or luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to success.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and inventory tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
