Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a personalized and engaging shopping experience for every client.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of PVH Brandsā product lines, promotions, and brand standards to effectively advise customers.
- Assist in visual merchandising, including product displays, stock replenishment, and store presentation to align with brand guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and card payments, and manage returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure operational tasks (e.g., inventory management, stock takes) are completed on time.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and industry developments to provide relevant recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury brands.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style, with the ability to connect with diverse customer preferences.
