Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective product knowledge and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist in merchandising to ensure optimal product availability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or retail management are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the retail schedule.
