Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and report low stock to management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
