Responsibility
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their furniture and home decor needs.
- Provide expert product knowledge on materials, styles, and trends to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and consultative selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, including handling cash, credit card payments, and digital wallets.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalized service.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotions, seasonal displays, and inventory management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches to provide cutting-edge recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home decor, or luxury goods (1+ years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
