Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting furniture and home decor that meets their needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Manage in-store and online product displays to ensure an appealing and organized presentation.
- Process transactions accurately, including payments, returns, and exchanges, while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events, new arrivals, and special offers through social media and in-store campaigns.
- Conduct product knowledge training for new team members and stay updated on industry trends and product features.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by assisting with stock checks, restocking, and coordinating with the warehouse team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home decor, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Basic knowledge of interior design principles and trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, CRM software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
