Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and purchases in fashion, beauty, and optical categories.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Handle cash transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, beauty, or optical.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
