As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in building lasting relationships with clients, promoting our financial products, and contributing to the bank’s mission of empowering communities through accessible banking solutions. Your local expertise and passion for sales will be instrumental in identifying opportunities and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Promote and sell City Savings Bank’s financial products, including savings accounts, loans, and investment solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and understand local customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and in-person engagements.
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Collaborate with the branch team to organize and participate in community events and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the bank’s CRM system.
- Stay updated on banking products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, finance, or retail.
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s local markets, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with banking systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
