Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to drive sales and meet targets.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stocking, and visual displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management.
- Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and product launches to effectively communicate with customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., stocking shelves).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
