Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with purchases, inquiries, and product recommendations.
- Drive sales targets by actively engaging customers, promoting products, and upselling where appropriate.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stocking, and visual displays.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash, card, and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and assist with restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
