Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every client.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Assist in visual merchandising, including product displays, stock replenishment, and store presentation.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert recommendations.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock counts, receiving shipments, and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to work in a team, adapt to fast-paced environments, and meet sales goals.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office) and numerical accuracy for transactions.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is advantageous.
