Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting products effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Collaborate with team members to restock inventory, manage displays, and ensure product availability.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, trends, and potential areas for improvement.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including loss prevention, safety, and customer service standards.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and store events to stay updated on promotions and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail or sales is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (entry-level candidates are welcome to apply).
