Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement and suggestive selling techniques.
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Crocs product lines, features, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling, credit card payments, and returns.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, tracking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and brand advocacy.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute marketing campaigns, in-store events, and seasonal promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or fashion (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and the Crocs brand with a keen eye for styling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in inventory and cash handling.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
