Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in alignment with brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments efficiently.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and report low stock to management.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth retail operations and a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is advantageous.
