Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with precision.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in merchandising activities, including setting up promotional displays and seasonal layouts.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
