As part of our team, you’ll benefit from a competitive base salary (IDR 2,000,000 – 2,500,000/month), performance-based commission, and additional allowances. Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail space, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock takes and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, Excel, email) and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market or willingness to relocate is advantageous.
