Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while handling cash and digital payments securely.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and promotional displays.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to enhance skills and contribute to store improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office) and numerical accuracy.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and working in a team environment.
