Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Clarks products, including features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic math and POS system proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with Clarks brand and products is an advantage.
