Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on Clarksâ product range.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards, including product displays, signage, and cleanliness.
- Stay updated on Clarksâ latest collections, promotions, and brand guidelines to provide accurate information.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, size checks, and cycle counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure operational excellence during peak hours and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Passion for fashion and an eye for styling trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are advantageous).
- Team player with a proactive, energetic, and adaptable attitude.
