Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product selections.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Clarksâ product lines, features, and benefits to offer expert recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet daily operational goals and inventory management.
- Stay updated on promotions, new arrivals, and brand initiatives to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Strong sense of style and passion for the retail industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or fashion is advantageous.
