Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Clarksâ product lines, including features, benefits, and styling recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-based or KPI-driven environment.
- Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about footwear trends, materials, and care.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering personalized service.
- Basic computer skills, including POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or sales certifications are advantageous.
